KandiebyKelly is committed to full satisfaction for every
customer .

Returns :

KandiebyKelly does not accept any returns for the safety of
our customers.

Shipping :

All orders are processed within 24 hours , during the summer
months we do not ship orders after Wednesday, so they do not sit at the post
office. During cooler months we ship orders through Thursday , Orders during
Holidays will ship out the next business day. We offer shipping through USPS
you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped,
we are not responsible for any shipping delays , and sales are considered
final.

Lost/ Stolen:

KellybyKandie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
, if our tracking system states your package was delivered to your
address/Mailbox / Front Door and you have not received it please report this to
your local Post Office – No replacements or refunds will be given.  

Wrong Address Disclaimer :

Please make sure your address is entered correctly -if you
feel you have entered it incorrectly please reach out to us @kandiebykelly@gmail.com,
if there are questions that I have for your shipping normally I will reach out
to you directly with the email you have provided.

Undeliverable Orders:

Orders that are returned to us stating undeliverable due to
wrong address will be charged a fee determined by us.

Out of Stock Items :

Orders are filled in the order which they are received; if we
are out of an item we will refund your money for that item and will ship the
remaining items to you .

Melted Kandie:

KandiebyKelly is not liable for Kandie that arrives melted
if ice packs were not purchased .

Damaged Packages/ Missing items :

Please send us an email @kandiebykelly@gmail.com with photos
within 2 business days.

Acceptance :

By placing an order and accessing our site  you have willing accepted the terms of this
